All U.S. domestic orders shipped via UPS Ground. If an order contains backordered products, the in-stock items will ship first and the backordered items will ship when they arrive.

Some other exceptions may apply.

Please note: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of US Holidays.  Orders placed on Friday will ship the following business day.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance via mail, email, or by phone will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.

Refund Policy

Both Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any services agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are underway. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all products we offer. Please contact customer service using the Contact Us form in advance to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase date. Return process will be provided when RMA is given. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days, upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We cannot credit shipping charges on returns.
